Jing will support our international corporate entity and national insolvency practices in Delaware. She is a seasoned attorney with a J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, an LL.M. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and a Master of Economic Law from China Jiliang University. With a strong background in corporate law, bankruptcy, and cross-border transactional law, she has represented major companies in significant acquisitions and compliance matters globally. Jing is recognized as a Distinguished Bankruptcy Law Student by the American College of Bankruptcy for the Third Circuit and has passed the New York Bar examination.
