Kevin has broad experience in transactional and insolvency work. Kevin's transactional background includes real estate acquisition, development and leasing; real estate title work; corporate and business entities; commercial (UCC) transactions; software development and licensing; trademarks and other intellectual property; and employment, from both a private practice and an in-house counsel perspective.

Kevin also has a keen passion for teaching law as an adjunct professor. Kevin currently teaches business law at the University of North Texas. Kevin's 20 years of teaching experience include courses in business law, real estate law, employment law and corporation law at a number of institutions, including University of North Texas, UNT-Dallas, Texas Tech University and the Dallas County Community College District.
